Hi-Sky Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Hi-Sky is a private field-operations application for safety, fleet, mapping, and crew management, provided to workers by their employer. You access it with an account issued by your company. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

Who this is for

Hi-Sky is a business tool used by employees, contractors, and authorized visitors of companies that license it. It is not a consumer app and has no public sign-up. There is no advertising in the app.

Information we collect

How we use it

Information is used only to provide the app's functions to your company: completing and storing safety and compliance records, showing crew and fleet location to authorized managers, scheduling and tracking work, and keeping an audit trail your company is required by law to maintain. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Your data is visible to your own company's authorized managers and administrators within Hi-Sky, scoped by role. We use service providers only to operate the app (cloud hosting and database, push-notification delivery, weather and fire-danger data, and AI text cleanup of notes you choose to "polish"). We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Storage and security

Data is stored on your device for offline use and synced to a private, access-controlled database. Data is encrypted in transit. Access requires authentication and is limited by role.

Your choices and rights

Children

Hi-Sky is intended for working adults and is not directed to children under 18.
